CALL TO ACTION [26th September 2010]
LIVE FROM LONDON: Citizens of the Internet and beyond - The ACS:Law email leak is undoubtedly huge and as an increasing amount of ACS:Law company information is obtained from the leaked company emails it is important that each of us do our part in spreading the news. This includes posting on your website, blog, news outlet, Twitter, Facebook, social networking sites and contacting interested parties who would, too, be interested in the information that has been gained.
We have strong evidence to believe that Andrew Crossley and ACS:Law have, in the past, looked into hiring a company that specialise in keeping a soiled reputation off the Internet. This includes setting up websites about the person, social networking profiles and search engine manipulation. A Google search for the term "ACS Law" demonstrates just how many individuals across varying online discussion groups have been targeted by the ACS scam. It is vital that these communities hear about this leak. Current examples are this post on Slyck.com from P2P activist Alexander Hanff and this post on British Telecom's (BT) discussion board, indicating just how interested companies are with this information. MORE TO FOLLOW...
Thanks for keeping all the links in one place. I'm using your blog as a central link when contacting my local media, please keep this post updated.
ReplyDeleteI`m seeding the database at least until ACS Law are banned from the field of law. Andrew Crossley should not only lose his firm but become completely unemployable due to his inability to follow the simplest of Data Protection laws.
ReplyDeletethis couldnt have happened to a more deserving person. crossley is ruined! hahaha
ReplyDeleteThis is better than the Earthstation 5 P2Pwning of 2004 & Andrew Crossley comes across a lot like SharePro. Take careful note Andy, because that's where you're headed.
ReplyDeletethis is blowing up everywhere...prepare for it to hit live tv all over the uk tomorrow and into the week.
ReplyDeleteSharing on a few 100mbit connections. Fuck you Andrew Crossley.
ReplyDeleteI love to see what you guys in the uk are doing to fight this kind of injustice,,look into whats happening to us in france. we should go after hadopi next. :) greets from france
ReplyDeleteCrossley `legacy` of bullying and harassment is RUINED! Forwarded to my local papers to do my part.
ReplyDeleteHit thumbs up on this eveyone: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=acs+law
ReplyDeleteu arent kidding....this is spreading like wildfire. ive been file sharing for years and been watching this news develop after my friend got a letter...then saw this posted on my damn car modification forums of all places....everyone in the country (world?) hates andrew crossley....bastard
ReplyDeleteSpreading the leak far and wide, let's get the truth smack bang across all of our local forums and on twitter (like the acs_actionnews btw, LoL)
ReplyDeleteThis is absolute gold - has everyone seen the emails between Crossley and his ex-wife? Someone should try and contact her...
ReplyDeleteI hope the fine is at least half a million pounds, preferably more. That'll put an end to his emails of what sports car to buy. Crossley you WANKER you are doomed. Take note anyone else wanting to take up where he will leave off, you will come to an end too!
ReplyDeleteHe's a sleezy piece of work too. Check out the emails where some poor girl sends her CV in and based on him Googling her? Look at her Facebook? he says "We have to interview her!" with some stomach churning bullshit to boot.
ReplyDeleteJesus fucking Christ @ his eHarmony account!!! Poor Andrew Crossley, nobody luvz you!!!
The fact that he bought Ke$ha - TiK ToK on iTunes is more than enough to warrant his demise.
ReplyDeleteThis blog is hilarious.... I'd love to see crossley's face when he stumbles on it. lol.
ReplyDeleteThis news is massive....my workmate was hit with one of my letters and just passed the link to this news around the office! DOWN WITH ACS:LAW!
ReplyDeleteI can't for the life of me believe how ACS Law have managed to get away with this for so long. Legalised extortion, anyone?
ReplyDeleteJust called o2 broadband (my ISP) and they've been receiving loads of calls about this. They're looking into it now. Sounded like everyone at o2 customer services were being told about it!
ReplyDelete@above, I just called Sky and they've been getting loads of calls by the sounds of things. It took a few minutes on hold and my concerns have been logged.
ReplyDeleteI live just across town from ACS Law's rented offices. If there is a court hearing I'm going to sit in to watch the piece of shit squirm.
ReplyDeleteloooooooooooooool...my friend was sent one of acs's letters. i told her it was practically a scam and to see the advice posted online....they wouldnt leave her the fuck alone. sending this to her now. HAHA
ReplyDeleteim seeding every torrent until acs law are banned from britain. hundreds of people downloading and sharing now its impossible to stop, just like p2p as a whole.
ReplyDeletePayback is a bitch!
ReplyDeletebest news I've heard all week. seeding!
ReplyDeleteGame's up for the ACS Scam.. and fuck me, just look at the email from the female employee sending the lamest sexual tripe I've ever seen via the same email used to store the details of their poor victims.
ReplyDeleteAlso called o2, they said they're going to pass the info on as there have been other calls from concerned customers. I'll be calling again tomorrow to see what they're preparing. Start calling into your ISP people!!
ReplyDeleteAndrew Crossley you are absolute SCUM.
ReplyDeleteSpreading like herpes on a council estate! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeletePrank calls - http://soundcloud.com/kan3
ReplyDeleteAndrew Crossley’s career is over after this – he will not be able to work in law again. Also judging by some of the material, I would be very surprised if he is not disbarred and maybe even prosecuted under extortion laws.
ReplyDelete“Fortunately I am not an accountant, true. But I am a genius and everything I do is brilliant. You must understand that!”
ReplyDelete...Im speechless...
Why is the torrent full of viruses?
ReplyDeleteReceived a letter from the fuckwits last week; drafted my letter of denial as instucted on the ACS:Law blogs and Slyck. Thought the Internet had been helpful enough but now this! Your jaw will hit the floor when you read some of these emails -- legalized extorsion is 100% what this is.
ReplyDeleteGot this on my seedboxes firing out gigs upon gigs of leaked emails since they went public! HAHA
ReplyDeleteP.S. Terence Tsang is the one who went ballistic over being called a wanker on the internet.
ReplyDeleteI really hope the bastard gets hung out to dry.
ReplyDeleteQuestion, Is this list out there to check name to see if i'm on it? lol
ReplyDeleteSo where's the link for the list.
ReplyDeleteAbove - Look at the post, this blog has provided about 9001 different links, you've gotta be blind not to see them. Look under the news.
ReplyDeleteReally like the blog thanks for sharing the leaks :)
ReplyDeleteGold.
ReplyDeleteGreat P2P community effort everyone...let's keep this exposed and ruin ACS once and for all.
ReplyDeleteHundreds of seeds now on the leaked emails and forbidden music pack...keep up the good work guys!
ReplyDeleteWANKERS, you will go down in the hall of fame up there with the greats like FairLight, Razor1911 and all the oldskool rls groups. We look forward to new releases from you in the near future, of which I hear will be plentyful. I salute you, WANKERS.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the links
ReplyDeleteWouldnt it be fun if everyone on the list contactet ACS:Law with a DPA request, and then filed a complaint with the Information Commissioner because ACS will not hand over ALL thier records on an individual even when they are required to by law. For fun, walk past their offices and then make a second DPA request for the CCTV footage.
